The "Prohibition" Cocktail Drink made with Gin.

How to make the Prohibition Cocktail.

With a name like Prohibition, it's got to contain gin.

The Prohibition as Kina Lillet as a main ingredient, This is a wine aperitif made of Bordeaux wines and citrus liqueurs.  The taste overall has notes of fruit, but not too sweet.  The Apricot brandy helps to even out the herbal taste of the gin.

This cocktail is semi-strong. Great for drinking slowly during dinner or for talking after a meal.

Prohibition Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:

1 oz gin (Tanqueray, Hendricks, Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire, etc.)
1 oz Kina Lillet
2 dashes fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz apricot brandy

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until nice and cold.
Now, strain into a martini glass. 
Garnish with a twist of orange.
