Speak Easy Cocktails of the Prohibition Era: The "Foghorn" drink recipe using gin.

Juke Joint Cocktails: How to make the Foghorn cocktail drink.

One of the classics of the roaring 20's.
Made with, of course, gin as a base ingredient.
The ginger, gin and lime blend well together.
Very easy cocktail to make.

Foghorn Cocktail Recipe:
Ingredients
• 1/2 juice of lime
• 1 1/2 oz of Gin
• Ginger Ale to taste

Mixing Instructions:
Pour in a highball style glass with ice and stir.
All lime juice and stir again.
Top with ginger ale.
Garnish with the lime wedge or wheel.

Prohibition Era Cocktails: How to make the Bennett mixed drink.

Bennett Recipe:
Ingredients
• 6 parts Gin
• 2 parts Lime Juice
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Note: Part can be a tablesppon.

Procedure:
Shake in a cocktail shaker until nice and cold,
Pour into a cocktail or short glass filled with ice.
